Haha lol you're the first one that say to me to do it harder , 2 weeks ago i have do it always harder (8 months hard) but they say me i must calm down.

abg ben has rite u must do it Harder mAKE BIGER running man and stopm harder maybe make a mix of styles when u can't figure out somefin new ^^

U must think like a Pro xD spend much more time at trening ^^ so 3 H or more rlly it helps
