The award is announced every month to honour the employee of the month based on parameters, like excellence in productivity, industriousness, passion, team spirit and initiative. On his 175th consecutive feat, White said: "Despite my best efforts to motivate our software development ninjas with promises of 14-hour workdays as opposed to their mandatory 18-hour shifts, or my dangling OHSA-taunting incentives for our sales force, no one...no one can write code or close deals as well as me," reports Wine-review.net.
